As a Pranic Healer, Mindfulness, and Emotional Intelligence Coach, and an Artist at heart, I’ve always believed in the transformative power of energy—whether it flows through our bodies, minds, or creative expression. For me, art is not just a passion—it’s therapy, a sacred space where healing begins and emotions find form.
This platform is my way of blending these worlds—healing through art, energy, and inner awareness—to help others discover the deep, restorative potential within themselves.
I wanted to tap into the Conscious, Subconscious & Superconscious mind and in this spirit, I completed a certification course in Ho’oponopono and now, I wanted to do my part introducing this to my little world. So here I am…
I’m honored to introduce you to a beautiful, ancient Hawaiian prayer called Ho’oponopono. Simple yet profound, this healing practice is rooted in forgiveness, gratitude, and love—and it has the power to cleanse not just our own energy, but also the energy around us.
Within each of us exists a sacred space—free from lack, pain, limitation, or hurt. This is known as the Zero State. When we connect with this space, even for the briefest moment, it opens the door to deep healing and profound transformation in every area of our lives. And that is exactly where this prayer takes us and transforms us.
Have you ever heard of the Hawaiian prayer Ho’oponopono?
This ancient healing practice gained global attention thanks to Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a therapist who reportedly healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients—without ever meeting them in person. Instead, he used the power of Ho’oponopono, a spiritual process of reconciliation and forgiveness.
It sounds like a miracle—and in many ways, it is.
Pronounced HO-oh-Po-no-Po-no, this gentle yet profound healing technique focuses on the idea that everything we experience—every emotion, event, and encounter—originates within us. Dr. Len healed others by healing himself. He repeated a simple mantra:
“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
But how can healing ourselves affect others? How can internal transformation change our external world?
According to Ho’oponopono, everything we perceive happens within our own consciousness. Even events we believe are beyond our control are reflections of our inner world. What we see, hear, and experience is interpreted and shaped by our mind. That means we hold responsibility—and with it, the power to heal.
This practice teaches that it is our responsibility to cleanse what we absorb, whether from the news, our environment, or our past. The way forward is through this deceptively simple four-step process:
The Four Pillars of Ho’oponopono:
Repentance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love
A self-love mantra for deep healing
1. REPENTANCE – “I’m sorry.”
Take responsibility for what you’re experiencing, even if it feels external. This step begins with acknowledging that something within your consciousness contributed to the situation. You don’t have to blame yourself, just take ownership.
Start with something simple—perhaps you’ve neglected your health or acted out of stress. Silently say, “I’m sorry.” If you want to go deeper, try:
“I acknowledge that something within me has created this, and I feel remorse for it.”
2. FORGIVENESS – “Please forgive me.”
Ask for forgiveness—not from any specific person, but from the Universe, from yourself, or from the source of life. You don't need to know whom you're asking. Simply put the request into the world. Repeat it until you feel peace begin to emerge.
3. GRATITUDE – “Thank you.”
Thank yourself. Thank life. Thank the divine. Thank the process. Gratitude opens the heart and raises your vibration. You don’t need to direct it anywhere specific—just feel it sincerely and let it flow.
4. LOVE – “I love you.”
End with love, or begin with it—there is no fixed order. Say it to yourself, to your body, to the world, to your pain. Express love to all that has shaped you, even the challenges. It may seem small, but the impact is transformative.
More than just Positive Thinking
Ho’oponopono is not just about thinking positively. It is a process of deep internal clearing—of accepting what is, and lovingly releasing what no longer serves us. It works on the mind, body, and spirit. The word “pono” means balance or rightness—so Ho’oponopono can be understood as “making things doubly right.”
Some believe Ho’oponopono is a forgotten Hawaiian chant, a bridge to higher consciousness and spiritual clarity. It is timeless wisdom, simple yet profound.
Energy Healing and Ho’oponopono
When combined with energy healing practices, Ho’oponopono can amplify your results. The prayer integrates seamlessly with other modalities, bringing together the powerful frequencies of forgiveness, gratitude, and love.
I’ve witnessed these effects personally—real healing, real transformation. The key is to surrender to the process. Trust your intuition, stay open, and let go. Allow the Infinite Consciousness to guide you.
Let the healing begin—within you.
