Processing & Handling Time
All standard orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom orders (including commissioned paintings) may take longer, depending on the artwork size and the artist’s availability. We'll keep you updated on the timeline once your order is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (within India): Free shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship worldwide.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Customs & Import Duties (for International Orders)

Please note:
Acanvashub is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We do our best to package your artwork securely, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit: Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and the damaged product for documentation.
While we’re not liable for carrier-related issues, we’re always here to assist you in resolving them.
